This Is The Only Way to Save Money at Trader Joe's
It's no surprise that Trader Joe's is cheap already. This popular grocery store offers exceptional prices for numerous foods that can be hard to find, and make them easily accessible to everyone. But when it comes to saving money at Trader Joe's, the company is very clear: You can only get coupons through them.
In a published blog post on their website, Trader Joe's announced that any other company outside of TJ's themselves offering coupons is coming from a fraud. No other service is able to provide Trader Joe's customers with coupons and discount codes for their groceries.
"It has been brought to our attention that organizations may be appropriating the Trader Joe's name in association with Coupon, Discount or Gift Card offerings online," Trader Joe's wrote in their post. "Trader Joe's has NO association with these organizations. We do not offer any Trader Joe's coupons, discounts or gift cards online."
How to get discounts at Trader Joe's
So how does this grocery store offer discounts? Clearly customers love finding ways to save money, especially at the grocery store. When it comes to saving money at Trader Joe's, there's only one way to learn about their deals, and that's from direct communication with the company.
"The only means we use to communicate with our customers online is via our website (www.traderjoes.com) and our eNewsletter," wrote Trader Joe's. Customers can sign up for the Trader Joe's newsletters to hear about new deals, or simply pick up the Trader Joe's Frequent Flyer to hear about the deals they have going on.
They were also very clear that they would not take anyone's personal or financial information without consent from the customer. "We protect the privacy of the information our customers share with us, and we will never ask for our customers to provide any personal or financial details in our communications," they wrote.
Needless to say, if you're looking to find ways to save money at Trader Joe's, follow them directly. Any coupons or discounts you see outside of their communications is likely a fraud and will not work at the store.
