Ree Drummond has seen serious weight loss success.
In an interview that aired Wednesday on Entertainment Tonight, Ree Drummond dished on her recent weight loss. The blogger-turned-cooking show host, who's also a mom of four, revealed to ET that she'd "hit rock bottom" and knew it was time to get disciplined.
"I have a cooking show, I write cookbooks, I have a cooking website," Drummond said. "I have a restaurant, a bakery. So you know, it just kept creeping up and in January of this year, we took my son, Bryce, to college.
"I thought that night, 'I am going to start tomorrow, I am doing something different.' And I just started and I almost lost 60 pounds now," she said.

These were the Pioneer Woman's lifestyle changes:
As many people who have lost weight know, getting into the healthy-eating mindset becomes easier when the weight gain has reached a point that it's got you down.
In response to this, Drummond made a number of important diet shifts. As she revealed to ET, that meant totally cutting out alcohol and taking in way less sugar.
These days, she said she also weighs her food and practices portion control. "I still eat cake," she laughed. "I just eat a Rhode Island-sized piece, instead of a Texas-sized piece."
Drummond got support from her husband, Ladd.
Drummond's weight loss journey coincided with her husband Ladd's recovery from a broken neck. She said that while she was exercising at home, he was often present offering coaching and encouragement—specifically to give everything she had to her squats and lunges!
"He was training me in the living room telling me to get lower with my lunges and my squats," Drummond said. "He was like, 'You're not doing it right!' So he was sort of my unexpected trainer."
The one snack that made clear it was time to get on track…
There was a particular snack she knew it was time to kick. "I basically hit rock bottom eating chips and salsa one night," she said. "I went a little overboard."
