"When I first started #hottiebootcamp in JANUARY to now ??," she captioned a side-by-side photo revealing her amazing transformation. "Stay consistent hotties."

She toned up with weight-based workouts.
Megan didn't spend hours doing cardio to achieve her fit figure. Instead, the "WAP" singer and her trainer relied on weight-bearing workouts to help build muscle and boost her metabolism.
In her Hottie Bootcamp series, Megan revealed that she would often do just 10 minutes of cardio before tackling a lengthy weight-bearing workout. "These kettle bell workouts are hard af , I really hate them butttt they get the job done," she told her followers.
She opted for more filling breakfasts.
Instead of relying on breakfasts full of refined carbs to give her energy, Megan opted for sweet—and filling—smoothies. Her go-to recipe? At the beginning of her Hottie Bootcamp transformation, Megan made some tough choices in her kitchen to kick things off.
"Today we threw away all the stupid s*** that could have stopped us on our health mission," she told her followers. Among the items she purged? Everything from ice cream to chips to cornbread mix.
She ramped up her water intake.
One of the easiest changes Megan made to her routine was simply prioritizing her water intake. "One thing that has helped me a lot is drinking a gallon of water a day," she told her followers on Instagram.
