America's Second-Largest Coffee Chain Is Launching 4 Beers

"Highly anticipated by our fans," says one leader of this sweet collab.

If you think nothing goes better with donuts than coffee, well… two well-known companies are teaming up to challenge that concept! Check out the big coffee-beer mashup that's been brewing to deliver you some very bold flavors this fall.

No wonder Dunkin' was the first out of the gate with their fall coffee menu—they had more seasonal news up their sleeves! For the fourth year in a row, Dunkin' and Harpoon Brewery have partnered to release limited-time, fall-themed beers. "Our collaborations with Dunkin' are highly anticipated by our fans each fall," said Dan Kenary, Harpoon Brewery founder and CEO. Brian Gilbert, Dunkin' vice president of retail business development, added: "Beer, matcha, coffee and donuts—we can't think of a better combination."

Along with what they say is the already-popular Pumpkin Spiced Latte Ale at 5.2% alcohol by volume (ABV), this year's Dunkin'-Harpoon flavor lineup includes three new intros:

Blueberry Matcha IPA ("tea-like and tropical" and 6.6% ABV, according to a press release);

Maple Crème Blonde Ale (brewed with actual Dunkin' donuts and maple syrup, 5.5% ABV);

Midnight American Porter (an updated version of their earlier Dunkin' Coffee Porter brew, this time with chocolate and espresso notes and 6% ABV).

A spokesperson for Dunkin' tells Eat This, Not That! that the two Massachusetts-based brands will release the new beers in September. The brews will be available everywhere Harpoon is sold in either the Dunkin' Dozen Mix Pack, which features three of each flavor, or as a six-pack of the Pumpkin Spiced Latte Ale only.

Some Boston-area Buffalo Wild Wings location will also feature all four Dunkin'-Harpoon beer flavors on tap, starting in October.
