She runs daily.
While many people have ditched their workout routines amid the stress of the pandemic, Dorfman credits her regular runs with keeping her healthy and happy over the past year.
In a new photo posted to her Instagram, Dorfman poses on a lounge chair in a two-piece swimsuit, holding a cocktail. "An hour of running earns you an hour of sunning," she captioned the photo. In January, the star revealed to Runner's World that she typically runs five days a week, and attempts to include at least one five-mile run with no rest breaks.
Dorfman has said she's "grateful for running," in the past, admitting that it's helped her cope through a tough year.
"It probably gets annoying watching me run all the time, but it's who I've become. It's a part of me; a part of me that provides calmness, motivation and strength. It's been the reliable constant in my life in a time where I've needed it more than ever," she explained on Instagram.

She fills up with healthy smoothies.
Dorfman prioritizes loading up on foods that give her energy for her workouts—even if what she chooses to eat isn't always strictly health food.
"It was important to eat something, whether it was a protein bar or something else, 30 minutes before my run. And sometimes throughout my run I would eat the little gummy chews that have carbs and sugars and other nutrients in them," she revealed to Parade in 2020.

She relaxes with wine in the evenings.
Dorfman has admitted in the past that she's a big fan of winding down her day with a glass of wine and reflecting on how much she has to be thankful for.
"I make a concerted effort to go watch the sunset a few days a week, have a glass of wine, and take a moment to feel fortunate and grateful for the view and for my life," she revealed to Us Weekly in January.
