Supermodel Adriana Lima Reveals Her Exact Workout Routine

She does high-intensity workouts.
Lima revealed on her Instagram Stories that she relies on 54D—a so-called "human transformation program" which combines high-intensity training, custom nutrition plans, recovery therapy, and community support—to stay in amazing shape.

She switches up her exercise routine.
While she may be dedicated to 54D right now, in the past, Lima has professed her love for boxing, as well as workouts she can do while traveling.
"If I have a gym at my hotel, I'll wake up and do a quick workout, or I'll run outside as a way to see the place that I'm visiting," she told CR Fashion Book. "Another good trick of mine is packing a jump rope and doing ten minutes in my room first thing in the morning to get my heart rate up." She eats plant-based meals.
Lima's been candid in the past about the fact that her diet isn't fun, telling fans on Instagram (via Elle) that she makes food choices that keep her healthy, "not for pleasure."
So, what does a supermodel eat to stay fit and healthy? The supermodel revealed on Instagram that she relies on meals from Perfecting Athletes, including combinations of rice, peas, and chickpeas, as well as salads with slivered almonds, to stay satisfied throughout the day.
She loads up on healthy drinks.
Lima says that hydration is a key part of her health strategy, as well.
"I love smoothies, fresh fruit, and veggies. I also take a daily vitamin and drink lots of different herbal teas to help purify my body," as well as drinking "lots of water," she told CR Fashion Book.
