The One Burger Chain Meghan Markle Is Obsessed With

Meghan Markle may be the Duchess of Sussex, but she still loves California's most popular fast food spot.

While Queen Elizabeth II may not eat burgers like the rest of us, however, the Duchess of Sussex has no qualms about getting her hands on a burger. Especially if it's from In-N-Out.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry recently relocated to Santa Barbara, California after signing a production deal with Netflix. And on their way home from a day's work in Los Angeles, the royal couple will swing through the drive-thru of Markle's favorite burger chain. "I definitely try to eat as clean as possible, but I am also a foodie, so on the weekends all bets are off," Markle said in an interview with ET.

Their most recent trip to In-N-Out was just last week and the staff working that day, as one could imagine, was completely starstruck.

"They were all yelling and laughing and could not believe Meghan and Harry were ordering burgers from the drive-thru," a source for ET reported.

The couple regularly makes the 90-minute trip to Los Angeles to work on producing films and series for Netflix as well as volunteering at a preschool garden. Apparently, Harry has already figured out about the beloved burger chain's "secret menu."

However, Marie Claire reports that while the options from the "secret menu" aren't anywhere to be found online or in stores, they're actually pretty widely known. For example, one item from that menu is the "animal style" fries which are simply In-N-Out's fries topped with the chain's signature spread, chopped grilled onions, and a slice of cheese.

Prince Harry may now just be discovering In-N-Out for the first time, but Meghan Markle was born and raised in Los Angeles, so her obsession with the chain isn't by any means new.
